Listen out between 10am and 11am this morning on’ Woman’s Hour’ – Radio 4, as Helen Culshaw, Director at Ascendancy will be talking about the challenges and accomplishments of delegating in the workplace.  Six years ago Helen started Ascendancy as a sole trader.  Now, with a team of five members of staff and the calendar getting busier by the month, Helen discusses how she has been able to expand by taking on and delegating to more colleagues.

Ascendancy moves to Shifnal!

After many months of planning, we have now moved to our new and more permanent home in a newly built, and much larger, office in Shifnal. We’ve loved being at the e-Innovation Centre but had outgrown it, so it’s great to have more space and room to expand the team. We will have our own dedicated meeting and training facility within the new office and look forward to welcoming many of our clients and business friends to our new home!
