Helen Culshaw – Director (Digital Marketing)

Helen is an experienced digital media professional with a background in managing successful websites. Prior to founding Ascendancy in 2004, she spent five years working client-side managing, developing, marketing and generally nurturing websites in a range of industries including agriculture, travel and healthcare. In addition to her work at Ascendancy Internet Marketing, she is a qualified teacher and Visiting Lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton Business School and Birkbeck College, London, and is a regular public speaker on internet marketing and web related issues.

Elizabeth Bridges – Director (Web Design)

Having been a website designer for computer giant IBM for six years,  Elizabeth has a wealth of experience at the highest level. With excellent training and an awareness of the latest techniques in website design, Elizabeth is in a position to create websites that marry excellent design with usability.

Geoff Culshaw – Operations Manager

Geoff is an experienced search engine optimisation professional, having joined Ascendancy in 2006. As well as being our key search engine optimisation specialist, he oversees the running of the internet marketing operation on a day-to-day basis.  Prior to joining Ascendancy Geoff had gained a wealth of business experience in managerial positions across a wide range of sectors.

James Keeney-Wilson – Pay Per Click Executive

James is a Qualified Google Advertising Professional, and manages pay per click accounts on behalf of our clients across all the main pay per click platforms. He is first point of contact for our pay per click clients.
